Michael Farris is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ClariFi Title. Throughout his career, he has focused on making the mortgage and title manufacturing process a more streamlined and automated process.
Previously, Michael served as Vice President of Strategic Solutions for Origence. He led the Strategic Solutions group, which focuses on large-volume mortgage lenders and helped those lenders automate the loan process through technology.
Prior to Origence, he was a Partner of Digital Lending Solutions, which created a state-of-the-art LOS, and prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Docs, Inc. for 10 years. His focus on integrity and process-driven sales solutions through the years have resulted in negotiated contracts with top 100 lenders in diverse technology and service industries.
When he is not focused on title industry and financial services he enjoys traveling and working on his wine company.
Kayli is ClariFi’s dynamic Director of Operations, Escrow Officer, as well as a Partner. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to streamlining processes, Kayli plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional service for our clients.

Paul Panza is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bellevue Living, a Nicholas Residential company. As President and CEO, Mr. Panza has led the growth of Bellevue Living from inception to one of the Southwest’s most respected multifamily operating companies, overseeing in excess of $550 million in assets.
Prior to Nicholas, Mr. Panza served as Managing Director of Westmount Realty Capital, a Dallas-based boutique private real estate investment company. As a member of the firm’s investment committee, he led the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million in commercial assets across the United States.
Previously, Mr. Panza worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he consulted exclusively for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., the world’s largest diversified business process outsourcing firm, during its $6.4 billion acquisition by Xerox.Mr. Panza has served on the boards of the Greater Dallas Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Dallas Jesuit Alumni Association and is a past guest lecturer at the Cox School of Business.
Arnold Shokouhi is an equity owner and Managing Partner for McCathern, Shokouhi. Arnold’s multi-state practice focuses on complex commercial disputes across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on banking, director and officer liability, health care, and entertainment industries. When the stakes are high, businesses often call upon Arnold to help litigate these matters and protect their interests.
As Managing Partner, Arnold has spearheaded the firm’s expansion by opening offices in Houston, Los Angeles, and Frisco. He has worked closely with the management of the firm to expand the vision and brand of McCathern by increasing practice sections that have a synergy with the firm’s existing business. Arnold believes in McCathern’s mission of Improving People’s Lives and attempts to incorporate this into every aspect of his work.
Brett M. Chisum, a partner at ClariFi Title, specializes in transactional and litigation matters. He graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2012. Brett’s practice encompasses drafting company agreements, regulatory compliance, and handling claims such as breach of contract, fraud, and misrepresentation. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation and business disputes, including those involving shareholders and negligence.
Brett practices in both Federal and State courts, representing a diverse range of clients, from professional sports franchises to small businesses. He has been consistently recognized, named to the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2016 to 2022, and the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars Up-And-Coming 100 attorneys in Texas from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, he was named a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Commercial Litigation. Brett is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and has served on the advisory board of the Carr Cares Foundation.
Steven Boulware, a seasoned professional in the title industry, brings a wealth of experience to ClariFi Title. With a background as a licensed nursing facility administrator, Steven has a unique perspective on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
During his tenure as an administrator, Steven excelled in purchasing, operational turnaround, and long-term management of nursing facilities. Now, as a managing partner at ClariFi Title, he applies his expertise to oversee the day-to-day operations, implementing innovative technologies and efficiencies to strengthen the company’s management structure.
Steven’s passion for the industry is evident in his dedication to enhancing the customer experience. He finds fulfillment in interacting with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering positive relationships with residents, family members, and facility employees.
In addition to his role at ClariFi Title, Steven is actively involved in industry organizations, serving as a board member of the Texas Health Care Association and participating in the Agency Liaison Committee for the Louisiana Nursing Home Association. He was also recognized as a future leader in the Texas Health Care Association’s program in 2016, showcasing his commitment to professional growth and leadership within the industry.
Lenny employs more than 20 years of title insurance operations, compliance, sales and executive-level management experience to business development activities for Clarifi Title. He previously served as Texas and Southwest Region Managing Director for North American Title/Doma. Prior to that Lenny has served in leadership positions for regional and national title companies, including as President and chief operating officer. In 2008 Lenny founded local title agency in Southern Arizona, which was successfully expanded throughout Arizona up to the eventual sale of the company after almost 10 years.
Lenny has previously served on board level positions for private title plant corporations in both Texas and Arizona. Lenny is an avid sports fan and enjoys soccer, cooking and hiking. Lenny is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and possesses a unique ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, further enhancing his effectiveness in the current title and escrow marketplace.
